Join us on Wednesday, September 17 at 6:30 pm for our annual Welcome Back Smorgasbord bash kicking off our 2014-2015 year and featuring the theme of “Serving Our Community Through the Gen-erations.” This meeting is open to anyone over the age of 21 who is interested in learning more about the Janesville Woman’s Club. So please join us and bring a friend. We’d love to meet you.
Our building is located at 108 South Jackson Street in beautiful historic downtown Janesville.
The Woman’s Club is more than 86 years old and we have a strong history of serving the community with scholarships for high school students and donations to a variety of community groups such as Sal-vation Army, ECHO, Humane Society of Southern Wisconsin and the GIFTS Men’s Shelter. Throughout our history we have supported our community and the people of Janesville.
There is no cost to attend this meeting, so please bring your friends to check out this active organization of women who work in a variety of careers and have many different talents and stories to share. Come meet some interesting women of all ages and enjoy great hors d’oeuvres. We will provide details about our planned programs and everyone will have the chance to sign up to participate in our activities and programs. Guests will be entered in a raffle drawing for a wonderful gift basket.
